Return/Exchange policy

At Santhoshini Crafts, every piece of jewelry is handmade with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, but since our products are handcrafted, we follow a simple return and exchange policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order is delivered, as all items are handmade and made to order.

Returns are only accepted if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only in case of wrong product delivered or damaged product received.

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange.

In case the product is unavailable, we may offer a replacement or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Minor color or design variations may occur as all items are handcrafted—these are not considered defects.

Refunds

If any damaged / defective/ exchanged /replacement products are inspected and accepted then it will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days

If approved refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
