For customized or bulk orders, advance payment may be required.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or festive seasons.

Santhoshini Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, except in case of damaged or wrong product delivered.

Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos).

Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled once processing has started.
